Holidays to the dragon land

Day 1: Arrival at the Paro international Airport.

Day 2: Paro sightseeing.

Day 3: Hike to Taktsang (the tiger’s nest), After lunch drive to Thimphu. The capital city.

Day 4: Thimphu sightseeing.

Day 5: Thimphu sightseeing and after lunch drive to wangdue Phodrang.

Day 6: Morning visit Wangdue Phodrang Dzong and proceed towards Trongsa, visit Trongsa Dzong and the newly established Trongsa Museum. After the evening tea proceed further towards Bumthang.

Day 7: Bumthang sightseeing.

Day 8: Days hike to Thangkabi Goemba.

 Day 9: Drive to Mebar Tso (the burning lake) and a visit to some local industries.

Day 10: After breakfast drive back to Punakha and visit the Punakha Dzong.

Day 11: Morning hike to Khamsum Yurlay Namgyel and after lunch drive back to Paro.

Day 12: Morning drive to Chelela Pass, hike to Dzongdraykha Goemba and in the evening walk through the Paro town for some artifacts shopping.

Day 13: Early breakfast from the hotel and drive to the airport.
